Leadership program
Our unique leadership program uses The Mediated Learning Experience ( MLE) approach developed by Dr. Reuven Feuerstein. Participants are engaged in a series of pen and paper exercises and self reflection led by a certified coach/mediator. The aim of the program is to become better learners, to develop agency, and to be problem solvers.
The Recreational Program
The Recreational Program provides cultural activities, music, dance and art.
The Language Institute
The 4TY Language Institute is a multilingual builder.We offer the opportunity to engage with many languages.
The Family Academy Program
The 4TY Family Academic Program is grounded in the belief that meaningful education cannot exist without strong parent and family engagement. Beyond academic support, the program actively advocates for families—especially immigrant and newcomer families—by creating a safe, welcoming space where they can gather, share experiences, and learn how to navigate and thrive within the American school system. Through guidance, dialogue, and community partnership, the program empowers families to become informed voices and confident partners in their children’s educational journey.
