The PROUD Pathway is how 4TY PROUD brings the PROUD Belonging Framework to life. Guided by our five pillars, we turn our commitment to belonging into structured programs, meaningful partnerships, and measurable action.
Through family engagement, youth leadership, inclusive school partnerships, and educational advocacy, we connect immigrant families and students with the knowledge, relationships, resources, and opportunities they need to thrive. Our pathway comes to life through three signature programs:

We Help students build belonging, embrace their identities, develop leadership skills, and make their voices heard.

We Partner with educators, schools, and communities to foster inclusive school environments and advance educational equity.
