4TY PROUD: is a nonprofit, community-centered organization dedicated to empowering immigrant families, uplifting youth, strengthening schools, and building meaningful community partnerships. For immigrant families navigating new systems, cultures, languages, and opportunities, the journey toward belonging can be challenging. 4TY PROUD bridges these gaps by building trust, connecting families with resources, promoting cultural understanding, and creating pathways for meaningful participation in schools and communities.
We bring families, students, educators, and community partners together to strengthen relationships, improve communication, celebrate cultural identities, and create opportunities for shared success.
We believe every family deserves the opportunity to thrive, every young person deserves to feel valued and supported, and every community deserves to feel included. We see cultural differences not as barriers, but as strengths that enrich our schools and communities.

We equip immigrant parents and caregivers with the knowledge, resources, and confidence to navigate school systems, advocate for their children, and become active partners in their children’s educational journey.
2. Youth Belonging & Leadership
We empower immigrant and first-generation students to embrace their identities, build meaningful relationships, develop leadership skills, and thrive in school and their communities.
3. Inclusive Schools
We partner with educators and school leaders to strengthen culturally responsive practices, foster welcoming school climates, and build meaningful relationships that help every student and family feel valued and supported.
4.Community Partnerships
We connect families, schools, and community organizations to expand access to resources, strengthen trust, and create collaborative opportunities that support student success and family well-being.
5.Advocacy & Educational Equity
We elevate immigrant family and student voices, address barriers to educational access, and advance equitable policies and practices so every student has the opportunity to learn, belong, and succeed.
