At 4TY PROUD, we believe belonging begins with listening. By listening to families, parents, and neighbors, we better understand their needs and can work together toward meaningful solutions.

Following the ICE surge in early December 2026, families shared concerns about culturally familiar foods, preserving traditions, and creating spaces for connection and belonging.

In response, the Board voted to move forward with three community-driven initiatives:

– One Rhythm Global Arts
– 4TY Multicultural Foodshelf
– Cultural Cooking Classes
These initiatives reflect our commitment to honoring cultural identity, amplifying children’s voices, and supporting families.

Programs will be introduced progressively as funding and resources become available, allowing us to grow sustainably alongside our community.

Together, we turn listening into action and build a community where everyone belongs.
